Welcome Goods Bet-at. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Goods Bet platform and all its services. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and Goods Bet. By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with all of these terms.

Key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" Refers to the Goods Bet website (goodsbet.bet) and mobile application.
• "User" or "You" Means any individual who is registered on or uses the Goods Bet platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of Goods Bet by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must register using accurate, truthful information in your own name. Providing false details will result in account closure.
• Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your own responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your area.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.

To complete the registration process, Goods Bet A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is followed. This may require submitting a copy of a national ID, passport, or driving licence. Goods Bet reserves the right to approve or reject any account application.

Your Goods Bet Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (email and password) with anyone.
• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Goods Bet support immediately.
• Keep your account details (name, address, phone number) up to date at all times.

Goods Bet Reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating any of these terms. If an account is closed, the decision to refund any remaining balance rests solely at Goods Bet's discretion.

Before processing a withdrawal request, Goods Bet KYC verification may be required. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit. The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

• Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet. Credit betting is not available.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error Goods Bet Reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a sports event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets associated with match-fixing or any other fraudulent activity will be voided and the account will be closed.

Goods Bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on specific events. In live betting, bets may not be accepted due to network delays — Goods Bet will not be held liable in such cases.

Goods Bet A variety of bonuses and promotions are available. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the bonus page. General bonus conditions include:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new users on their first deposit only.
• Each bonus has a Wagering Requirement Yes. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Goods Bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting activities.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Using Goods Bet for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Engaging in hacking or any other form of technical attack.

Goods Bet Will not be held liable for the following:

• Any bet cancelled or lost due to internet disconnection or device malfunction.
• Transaction delays or cancellations due to third-party payment provider system failures.
• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• External events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions) that prevent service delivery.

Goods Bet always operates in a fair and transparent manner. For any dispute, contact the Goods Bet support team first. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate to the licensing authority.

Goods Bet The right to modify these terms and conditions at any time is reserved. When changes occur:

• For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• Updated terms will take effect 7 days after publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
